DENVER (KDVR) — Denver's weather will stay stormy this week with the best storm chances coming on Wednesday. Weather tonight: Scattered stormsThere will be scattered showers and storms across the eastern plains Monday night with a 10% chance for an isolated shower or storm in Denver and along the Front Range. Storms will clear out by midnight Monday night with temperatures falling into the mid-40s to start off Tuesday. Weather tomorrow: Storms late Tuesday will be dry for most of the day with breezy winds and a high of 79 degrees in Denver. A fire weather warning will be in place along the Palmer Divide and foothills from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Winds will gust up to 35mph with low humidity. Tuesday's storm chances will be late in the evening, after 9 p.m. for the Front Range and plains. (KDVR) -- Trying to combat the overdose crisis, the Adams County Health Department offered naloxone training and a demonstration on how to administer the opioid overdose reversal medication, known under its brand name Narcan.Nurses in the county's Harm Reduction Program want more people to carry the nasal spray and know how to administer it."I carry it in my purse," Michelle Wilson said. The public health nurse was glad she had Narcan when she came upon a person who had overdosed in a bathroom at a Denver convenience store. (KDVR) -- A video showed the aftermath of an HVAC system collapse that injured six people at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center Saturday morning.According to the Aurora Fire Department, the collapse happened around 9:50 a.m.Of the six people who were injured, two had life-threatening injuries and four had non-life-threatening injuries.'There were kids down there,' survivor saysJamie Olson, who took the video, told FOX31 her son had just gotten out of the hot tub when the system collapsed directly on top of it and the rest of the pool."We were right on the outside of the hot tub and just kind of heard a big groan, and we looked up, and it was just like a domino effect," she said. There was a special salute for a South Florida Army veteran.Raymond Surrette, a sergeant for the Army Air Corps during World War II, was awarded France’s Legion of Honor medal.The ceremony held at the Military Museum and Memorial in Southwest Miami-Dade.Surrette was among the American’s who fought in France during the war and participated in the country’s liberation. “The testimonial of the fact that the American people came during World War II, and also during world War World I, to help us and save us, and this is very important,” Col. Philippe Derathe. Students at Cooper City High School are speaking out against anti-Semitic graffiti that was discovered in a boys’ bathroom. Two separate pictures sent to 7News by concerned parents showed swastikas on the walls and another graphic image. Miami Fire Rescue units reported to the scene of a house fire in the Shenandoah neighborhood of Miami.Officials said the original call came in as a car on fire in the alley, Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, they found a home located at 2347 SW 17th Terrace engulfed in flames.A car in the driveway seemed to be at a total loss. It is unknown if anyone was inside the home.
