Some early birds don't get much sleep during the week with the expectation that they'll make it up during the weekend. However, a new study says waiting to catch up on zzzs doesn't work. Map: One part of California drinks more than others, study finds Penn State University measured the sleeping habits of men ages 20 to 35.
