'Jane Doe' of 1990s Happy Face murders identified

OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) — It's taken almost 30 years, but a victim of Florida's so-called Happy Face Killer has been identified. VENICE, Italy (AP) — Venetians stopped in dismay Wednesday to pay respects to the 21 foreign tourists who were killed when an all-electric shuttle bus crashed through an overpass guardrail and fence, plunging more than 10 meters to the ground.It’s a road they had traveled many times and considered safe but now stopped to inspect the aging guardrail and rusted fence.The bus, which was just a year old, crashed to the ground and landed upside down on Tuesday night. (WFLA) — The National Hurricane Center continues to track Tropical Storm Philippe as it brings heavy rain and flash flooding to parts of the Caribbean.The NHC said Philippe remains disorganized as it slowly moves northwestward.The storm is currently dumping heavy rain across portions of the British and U.S. Virgin Islands.
