Blue Cross Blue Shield downsizing Eagan real estate footprint Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota announced that it will leave its 442,000-square-foot headquarters building in Eagan, attributing the change to the hybrid work model.The insurance company will still be headquartered in Eagan, said Jim McManus, director of public relations, in an email.
